Carlos Sims loves a challenge. Being raised in Jacksonville, Florida he has had the opportunity to see the city’s growth and transformation. Carlos currently works at JEA, as an Electric Troubleshooter. He also has held the role as an Account Executive for major accounts, serving clients such as the U.S Navy, Florida Blue, and Florida State College. From a customer service perspective his experience’s in these roles has enabled him to understand and appreciate a wide range of customer’s need and expectations.
His military lineage growing up as a Navy brat (or growing up brat) and serving in the Air Force has shaped his life in such a way that changes and challenges has become second nature to him. After several years of postponing his college education he finally received his Bachelors and Master’s degree (with honors).
As a Real Estate Associate, Carlos is excited about the opportunity to bring all of his skills and experiences together to serve each customer to the highest standards in every real estate transaction.
