When I first entered the world as real estate in 2003, the market was on the brink of a very big boom. Short sales and foreclosures were almost foreign concepts. In just a few short years, that changed seemingly overnight.
After spending the past few years working through a very distressed market in Jacksonville, I am proud to say that I have had the honor of helping many families through the short sale process and brought them much comfort and relief as a result.
I have also worked with major institutional investors throughout Duval, Clay and St. Johns Counties. Having closed approximately 175 investors deals in 2013, I have a thorough understanding of the unique needs of real estate investors, including capitalization rates, internal rates of returns, rehab costs, and gross yields.
