Integrity. There is hardly anything more important in any business--but especially real estate--than integrity. I will never sacrifice integrity with my clients, and will always strive for the best possible outcome for my clients.
Expertise. Knowing the product is essential to offering the best service to the client. While this applies in any business, real estate professionals must know both the market and the industry; that is, real estate sales and the real estate itself. When I don't know, I don't ask; I do the research and learn. I will always bring this knowledge to my clients to offer them the best service available.
Assertiveness. I communicate with my clients and my colleagues on the other side of the deal. What is best for my client will always be clear to those on the other side of the transaction. Always maintaining professionallism, I pay attention to the details and seek the best deal for my clients, and I get results!!
Prior to beginning my career in real estate, I worked in the legal field drafting briefs and motions and conducting research for appellate law firms. I turned to real estate when I realized that the work was much more rewarding--I actually met my clients and saw the difference I could make in their lives. I love that as a Realtor I can impact lives in a positive manner while building a business that I can be proud of!
