Hello! My name is Jessica Santiago Jones and I am a licensed Realtor in the Northeast Florida area. I have been in the Real Estate Industry on the Mortgage Financing side of the fence for over 9 Years and I have personally invested in Real Estate for the past 6 years. I developed a passion for Real Estate when I was 19 years old. I decided continue to learn about every area in the Real Estate Industry.
I have the networking and understanding of the local market that Clients look for. I genuinely care for my Clients coupled with my passion for the Real Estate Industry, this results in a well-informed and professional experience for each Clients own Real Estate needs. Providing a delicate balance of strong Business Ethics with Interpersonal Communication skills, I provide all of my Clients with a No Non-Sense approach to Real Estate.
I have strong family relationships and values. My family is my main source of Inspiration. I am a married mother of 4. I am activily involved in my community. In my spare time, I design TShirt Graphics, coach Cheerleading for 6-8 year olds and I also practice Martial Arts.
